2016 Sarah’s Rustic Bubbles
The antithesis of those restrained sparklings produced in the méthode champenoise-style, this rustic pet-nat (pétillant-naturel) chardonnay ferments in-bottle without the aid of disgorgement, dosage or secondary fermentation. Opening each bottle is a surprise, evocative of the time and place where it was created. It is unpredictable, extroverted and deeply satisfying on a visceral level, exhibiting cidery characteristics that bridge the chasm between beer and wine. A great sparkling for brunch, casual celebrations or back-deck toasts in the gloaming.
Apple Kobler Hard Cider
The Kobler family has been farming in the Anderson Valley for more than 50 years. Norman, his wife, Colleen, and their sons Tiernan and Morgan, raised and harvested this mix of heritage apples (60% Sierra Beauty, 30% Pippin, 10% Golden Delicious). We hope you enjoy this singular dry cider from the orchards at Ferrington Vineyard!
